                    Rate Schedule for April through August:                     
                                                                      
                                                                               
Option A:                                                                     
Sign up and pay for 13 consecutive lessons at the beginning of any of these 3 month       
periods and receive one free lesson (a $30 value):                             
             ·         Term 1:  April thru June                                 
             ·         Term 2:  May thru July                                   
             ·         Term 3:  June thru August                               
(Lessons must be taken during the selected Term period and cannot be           
substituted into another month.  The free lesson must be taken no later then 2
weeks after the same Term period and cannot be substituted for any cash value.
No refunds or substitutions available. Payment in full must be made in cash by the first lesson of the term).                                                   
                                                                               
Option B:                                                                     
Piano students who have signed up and paid for least one month’s lessons       
between April thru August will receive a Free Lesson (a $30 value) when they   
refer a Friend or Family member who signed up and paid for 13 consecutive lessons at the beginning of
any of the 3 month terms listed below.  The referred friend or family member would   
also receive one free lesson (a $30 value).  
             ·         Term 1:  April thru June                                 
             ·         Term 2:  May thru July                                   
             ·         Term 3:  June thru August                               
(Lessons must be taken during the selected Term period and cannot be

lesson must be taken no later then 2 weeks after the same Term period and

This offer not to exceed 4 free lessons for any referring student.  Free       
lessons for the referring student must be taken within 2 weeks of the paid     
period.                                                                       
                                                                               
Option C:                                                                     
Pay on a monthly basis at the beginning of the month for all the lessons in   
that month. (At a rate of $30 per lesson).  Lessons must be taken within the month and cannot be subtituted for lessons dates past that specific paid month.
